Well, what a day! Today we had 37 pilgrims which is only about a 1/3 of capacity but for us it was a ton. The most we have had before today is 21.
After seeing what the albergue looks like with 37 pilgrims I simply cannot imagine the chaos that 90 would bring. We have 2 toilets and 2 showers each for men and women. It must simply be mass pandemonium.
There were many different nationalities in the house tonight. More Americans, Germans, Spaniards, Danes, French, Brazilians, and of course Koreans. Many young people.
At bedtime tonight there were a large group of young people sitting around a table pounding beer and whisky. At 10:00 lights out they asked to stay up a bit longer. I asked them to keep it quiet and said ok. Off I went to bed.
As I write this I have now had the honor of cleaning up a great deal of barf. It seems that some Koreans cannot hold there liquor. This will be the last time I allow anyone to stay up late, especially if they are drinking
