Today was a day of put your head down and just walk. I started with 50k to go to Santiago.


Pulpo from last night. This restaurant in Melide is famous for octopus. It was delicious.

Tomorrow I will walk to Santiago and finish my Camino. Amazing!

Today was a crazy day. I got up to rain. My plan was to walk 32k. So off I went. It is crazy for me to think about just putting on my rain gear, covering my pack and hitting the road, but that is what I did.
Melide is famous for Pulpo which is octopus. That’s what I am having for dinner. I will report back.
Today was a beautiful but windy day. I walked 30k with some serious purpose.
This morning I met him again with his son-in-law also Brian who is a 1999 grad of Jesuit. Can’t remember his last name though. His brother graduated with Matt.
