Camino 2013

Today was a really long walk. 30.1k.
It was relatively easy be long.

Tonight I am staying at a private albergue in Najera. Tomorrow is a short 20k

Today’s walk is kind of an up and down walk not a lot of flat but no really steep hills. 23k approximately.

The albergue we stayed at last might is associated with the knights of Malta.

Today’s walk seemed a little harder. Logrono is great and well worth the walk. Had a great lunch. Tomorrow is a long one. 30.6 k. Time for rest.

Today we started out about 7:30. Too early for the first site. The fountes del vino

We then headed towards Los Arcos.

We arrived in Los Arcos by about 11:45 so we decided to have a little lunch and then go on another 8k to Torres del Rio.

Torres del Rio has a beautiful 13th century church that I apparently quite famous. The bottom picture is my two Camino friends catching some rays.

Today was a great day. My knees feel better.
