Today was a day of climbing. Gradual at first until the last 5 miles when it was all up. I am staying at the donativo albergue called Dominus Dei. It is the most primitive that I have stayed in, in a very long time. Not even WiFi.
I had a new experience today as I walked I got very tired, when I do I start to shuffle my feet. This is not good as I face planted today. I was a little embarrassed but other than that I was fine. One minute I was walking along and the next I was falling forward. Not so good. Fortunately, I was almost to my next stop before the big climb. I stopped and took a rest.
It is beautiful up here in the mountains. I am near the summit. Tomorrow I will walk the 1.5km to the Cruze de Fero and then down the hill.
